My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and sink, which was incredibly helpful when traveling with my small kids. However, being connected to the next-door room meant I could hear my neighbors too clearly at times. The service was a bit challenging as the staff didn't speak English, making check-in and getting information a bit difficult. On the bright side, I was delighted with everything else about the place. The location was superb, with easy access to the center of Creel and the railway station. The dining experience was okay but nothing special, with mostly Mexican-style food and a lack of variety in bread options. Overall, it was like staying in a hotel that used to be a run-down farm, but the transformation was impressive.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with amazing beds, but falls short in other areas. The service is very attentive though not always prompt, and the location is excellent, nestled near a vibrant shopping district. The dining options are average at best. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout qualities.
